We were really surprised by the unique window design in our room at Sercotel. The metal grill that rolled down provided perfect darkness and silence for a great night's sleep. The kitchen, although missing pots and pans, was equipped with everything else we needed. The location near the Prosperidad metro station was convenient, and the neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants and pubs. Despite some minor issues with the room, we found the staff to be helpful and well-trained. we would recommend this hotel.
